Yves originally comes from the logistics industry. With his 16 years of professional experience in commerce and e-commerce, nobody brings him out of balance easily. As an industrial foreman of Logistics and technical business economist, he is with his knowledge a profitable factor of AMZ Mastersellers.
Yves is responsible for business process development and internal organization.
In addition, his strengths are:

• Human Resources Management
• Process optimization and monitoring
• Communication and negotiating skills



As a mechanical engineer with many years of experience in strategy consulting, Annette brings the technically strategic point of view into the team. With e-commerce companies in Europe and America (USA and Latin America) she gained valuable experience in an international context. As a mother of 2 children, Annette also brings intuition and sensitivity to think of each customer individually. The imparting of specialist topics to groups is one of her passions.
She sees her strengths in:

Joshua has been in the digital industry for over 8 years. After studying industrial engineering in Berlin, Barcelona, São Paulo and London, he learned to develop digital products as a product manager in several years. After that, he dedicated himself to software development where he gained more experience in programming, digital tools and processes. In addition, Joshua gained valuable entrepreneurial experience in various startups. Now, he deals with physical products, but since these are distributed via digital channels, the IT experience is a huge advantage.
